How do I prepare for my telehealth appointment?

It is important to have all forms completed through the Patient Portal prior to your appointment. Finding a quiet space with good lighting in your home will maximize your experience. No need to stress about attire as loose fitting gym clothing is acceptable. Your smartphone, tablet or computer must have reliable connection to the internet.
